By downloading, installing, or using the FinBillion mobile application and our website (finbillion.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Service
Privacy-First Tool: FinBillion is a personal finance management tool. The free version operates entirely offline.
Not a Financial Institution: FinBillion is a software application for record-keeping and data visualization. We are not a bank, investment advisor, or licensed financial institution.
No Professional Advice: Any insights, charts, or automated reports generated by the app are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, proprietary code, and the "FinBillion" brand name are the exclusive property of [Your Name/Company]. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app's code or design without express written permission.
4. Subscription and In-App Purchases (Freemium)
Free Version: Core features are provided at no cost and function without an internet connection.
FinBillion Pro: Future premium features (such as SMS parsing and geofencing) may require a one-time purchase or subscription.
Billing: All financial transactions for premium features are handled securely through the Google Play Store.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the app for any illegal financial activities or money laundering.
Attempt to circumvent any security features or licensing checks.
Use the app’s automated features (SMS parsing) to intercept data you do not have the legal right to access.
6. Data Privacy & Limitation of Liability
Data Ownership: Since the app operates offline, your financial data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your private financial records.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinBillion shall not be liable for any damages—including financial loss, data loss due to device failure, or inaccuracies in manual/automated data entry—arising from your use of the app. The software is provided "As Is."

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate support for the app or your access to premium services at any time for violations of these terms.
