Data Deletion Policy

Overview

At FinBillion Ventures, we believe businesses should remain in control of their own information.

This Data Deletion Policy explains how organisations and users can permanently remove information associated with FinBillion Billing and request assistance regarding data deletion.

Our objective is to provide clear, transparent, and practical guidance that supports responsible management of business information.

Business Information Stored

Depending on the features you use, FinBillion Billing may store information such as:

• Business profile information.

• Customer and supplier records.

• Product and inventory information.

• Invoices and quotations.

• Billing and payment records.

• Reports and business documents.

• Application settings and preferences.

• Backup files created by the user.

The location of this information depends on the configuration and features used.

Deleting Local Data

You may remove locally stored information using one of the following methods.

Method 1 – In-App Data Deletion

If your version of FinBillion Billing provides an in-app data deletion option:

1. Open FinBillion Billing.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Select Delete Data or the equivalent option.

4. Confirm your selection.

This permanently removes locally managed business information associated with the application.

Method 2 – Remove the Application

If your organisation no longer requires FinBillion Billing, you may uninstall the application or remove it from the computer or device where it is installed.

Before doing so, ensure that all invoices, reports, customer information, inventory records, and other important business data have been exported or backed up where appropriate, as deleted information may not be recoverable.

Cloud or Synchronisation Services

Where optional cloud storage, synchronisation, or business backup services are enabled, additional deletion procedures may apply.

Please refer to the applicable service documentation or settings for managing synchronised information.

Data Retention

Business information is retained only for as long as required to provide the selected functionality or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where information is stored locally, businesses remain responsible for their own retention policies and backup procedures.
