Data Deletion Policy

At FinBillion Ventures, we believe users should remain in control of their information.

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can permanently remove information associated with VaquilApp and request assistance regarding data deletion.

Our objective is to provide clear, transparent, and practical guidance while respecting user privacy, confidentiality, and responsible management of legal information.

Deleting Local Data

You may remove locally stored information using one of the following methods.

Method 1 – In-App Data Deletion

If your version of VaquilApp includes an in-app data deletion option:

1. Open VaquilApp.

2. Navigate to Settings.

3. Select Delete Data or the equivalent option.

4. Confirm your choice.

This permanently removes locally managed application data associated with VaquilApp.

Method 2 – Uninstall the Application

You may also uninstall VaquilApp from your device.

Before uninstalling, ensure that you have exported or backed up any legal notes, research materials, documents, or other information you wish to retain, as locally deleted information may not be recoverable.

Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Services

Some AI-powered features may temporarily process information through authorised third-party AI services to provide legal research assistance and related functionality.

Where optional cloud storage, synchronisation, or backup services are enabled, additional deletion procedures may apply.

Please refer to the relevant service documentation or settings for managing synchronised information.

Data Retention

Locally stored information remains under your control.

Where authorised third-party AI or cloud services are used, any processing or temporary retention is governed by the applicable service provider and the VaquilApp Privacy Policy.
