Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to VaquilApp.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using VaquilApp, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the application.

Scope

These Terms apply only to the VaquilApp application.

Other products developed by FinBillion Ventures, including FinBillion, FinBillion Ai, BrightBee News, FinBillion Billing, and FrameFlow Ai, are governed by their own Terms of Service.

Nature of the Application

VaquilApp is a legal information, legal research, and AI-assisted legal knowledge platform designed to improve understanding of laws, legal procedures, and related legal concepts.

VaquilApp provides educational information and research assistance.

It is not:

• a law firm,

• an advocate,

• a solicitor,

• a barrister,

• a legal representative,

• a court,

• a government authority,

• or a substitute for qualified legal advice.

Nothing within VaquilApp creates an advocate–client relationship or constitutes legal representation.

Artificial Intelligence

Where Artificial Intelligence features are available, they are intended to assist legal research and understanding.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular legal issue.

Users should independently verify important legal information using official legislation, court decisions, government publications, and qualified legal professionals.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Evaluating legal information before relying upon it.

• Protecting confidential legal documents.

• Ensuring they have the right to upload any documents or materials.

• Complying with applicable laws and regulations.

• Seeking professional legal advice where appropriate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use VaquilApp for unlawful purposes.

• Upload material that infringes the rights of others.

• Attempt to interfere with the application's operation or security.

• Circumvent licensing or security mechanisms.

• Misrepresent AI-generated information as official legal advice.

Intellectual Property

VaquilApp, including its software, branding, documentation, graphics, trademarks, and original content, is owned by or licensed to FinBillion Ventures and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the application without prior written permission.

Purchases

Where optional paid features, subscriptions, or licences are offered, purchases are processed through authorised payment providers or application stores.

Billing, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant payment platform.

Privacy

Your use of VaquilApp is also governed by the VaquilApp Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinBillion Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of VaquilApp.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Users remain responsible for obtaining professional legal advice whenever required.

Updates

VaquilApp may receive updates that improve legal resources, AI capabilities, security, performance, accessibility, or functionality.

Continued use of the application following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
