Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FinBillion Billing.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FinBillion Billing, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the application.

Scope

These Terms apply only to the FinBillion Billing application.

Other products developed by FinBillion Ventures, including FinBillion, FinBillion Ai, BrightBee News, FrameFlow Ai, and VaquilApp, are governed by their own Terms of Service.

Nature of the Application

FinBillion Billing is business management software designed to assist organisations with billing, invoicing, customer management, inventory management, quotations, reporting, and related business operations.

FinBillion Billing is a software application only.

It is not:

• a bank,

• a payment processor,

• an accounting firm,

• a tax authority,

• an auditing service,

• or a provider of legal, financial, or tax advice.

Businesses remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards, taxation requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Business Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate business records.

• Verifying invoices and financial information before issuing them.

• Complying with applicable tax and business regulations.

• Protecting access to their business information.

• Maintaining appropriate backups of important business data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FinBillion Billing for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

• Attempt to interfere with the application's operation or security.

• Circumvent licensing or security mechanisms.

• Access information belonging to others without authorisation.

• Use the application in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

FinBillion Billing, including its software, documentation, branding, graphics, trademarks, and original content, is owned by or licensed to FinBillion Ventures and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the application without prior written permission.

Purchases

Where optional paid features, subscriptions, or licences are offered, purchases are processed through authorised payment providers or application stores.

Billing, refunds, subscriptions, and cancellations are governed by the policies of the relevant payment platform.

Privacy

Your use of FinBillion Billing is also governed by the FinBillion Billing Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinBillion Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of FinBillion Billing.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Businesses are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and verifying important business information before relying upon it.

Updates

FinBillion Billing may receive updates that improve functionality, security, compatibility, performance, usability, or introduce new business features.

Continued use of the application following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
