Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FrameFlow Ai.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FrameFlow Ai, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the application.

Scope

These Terms apply only to the FrameFlow Ai application.

Other products developed by FinBillion Ventures, including FinBillion, FinBillion Ai, BrightBee News, FinBillion Billing, and VaquilApp, are governed by their own Terms of Service.

Nature of the Application

FrameFlow Ai is an AI-assisted creative application designed to help users develop storyboards, scripts, visual concepts, creative projects, and related artistic workflows.

FrameFlow Ai is intended to assist creators by providing AI-powered tools and creative support.

It does not replace:

• professional artistic judgment,

• filmmaking expertise,

• design services,

• legal advice,

• copyright advice,

• or other professional creative services.

Users remain responsible for the originality, legality, and final use of their creative work.

Artificial Intelligence

FrameFlow Ai uses Artificial Intelligence to assist creative workflows.

AI-generated suggestions, layouts, descriptions, images, or other outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Users should carefully review and, where appropriate, modify AI-assisted output before publication, production, or commercial use.

User Content

You remain responsible for all prompts, scripts, images, documents, project files, and other content submitted to FrameFlow Ai.

You should ensure that you have the necessary rights to use any material you upload and that your use of the application complies with applicable copyright, intellectual property, and privacy laws.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use FrameFlow Ai for unlawful purposes.

• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

• Attempt to interfere with the application's operation or security.

• Circumvent licensing or security mechanisms.

• Use the application in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

FrameFlow Ai, including its software, branding, documentation, graphics, trademarks, and original content, is owned by or licensed to FinBillion Ventures and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the application without prior written permission.

Purchases

Where optional paid features, subscriptions, or licences are offered, purchases are processed through authorised payment providers or application stores.

Billing, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant payment platform.

Your use of FrameFlow Ai is also governed by the FrameFlow Ai Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinBillion Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of FrameFlow Ai.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Users remain responsible for protecting their creative work, maintaining backups, and verifying AI-assisted output before relying on it.

Updates

FrameFlow Ai may receive updates that improve functionality, enhance AI capabilities, strengthen security, improve compatibility, or introduce new creative tools.

Continued use of the application following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
