Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FinBillion.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the FinBillion application or related services provided by FinBillion Ventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

Scope

These Terms apply only to the FinBillion application.

Other FinBillion Ventures products, including FinBillion Ai, BrightBee News, FrameFlow Ai, and VaquilApp, are governed by their respective Terms of Service.

Nature of the Application

FinBillion is a personal finance management application designed to help individuals and families organise, record, analyse, and better understand their financial activities.

FinBillion is software only.

It is not:

• a bank,

• a financial institution,

• an investment adviser,

• an accounting firm,

• a tax adviser,

• or a provider of legal or financial advice.

Any reports, charts, calculations, forecasts, or insights generated by the application are intended for informational purposes only.

Users remain responsible for their own financial decisions.

Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FinBillion complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age required to enter into legally binding agreements in your jurisdiction, you should use the application with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult where required.

Intellectual Property

FinBillion, its software, source code, documentation, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to FinBillion Ventures and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the application without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the application.

• Circumvent licensing or security mechanisms.

• Access information belonging to others without authorisation.

• Use the application in violation of applicable laws.

Purchases

Where optional paid features are offered, purchases are processed through the applicable application store or authorised payment provider.

Billing, refunds, and payment processing are governed by the policies of the relevant payment platform.

Privacy

Your use of FinBillion is also governed by the FinBillion Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinBillion Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the application.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.

Updates

FinBillion may receive updates that introduce new features, improve performance, enhance security, or address software issues.

Continued use of the application following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
