Responsible AI Principles

At FinBillion Ventures, we believe Artificial Intelligence (AI) should assist people—not replace their judgment.

Our AI systems are designed to enhance productivity, improve learning, support decision-making, and simplify complex tasks while respecting privacy, transparency, and user choice.

These principles guide the design, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of AI-powered features across FinBillion Ventures products.

Human-Centred Design

AI is intended to assist users by providing information, suggestions, automation, and educational support.

Users remain responsible for important decisions based on AI-generated information.

Where appropriate, users should verify AI-generated content before relying on it.

Transparency

Where practical, we aim to make it clear when content has been generated, summarised, translated, or otherwise assisted by Artificial Intelligence.

We strive to explain the capabilities and limitations of AI features in language that users can understand.

Privacy

We design AI features with privacy in mind.

Whenever technically and practically possible:

• processing should occur locally,

• unnecessary personal information should not be collected,

• users should remain in control of their information.

Where cloud-based AI services are required, we aim to minimise the information shared and explain how those services are used within the relevant product's Privacy Policy.

Accuracy

AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

Although we continuously improve our systems, AI responses should not be considered infallible.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment, particularly when dealing with financial, educational, legal, medical, or other important matters.

Fairness

We strive to design AI systems that treat users fairly and respectfully.

We continuously review our products to reduce unintended bias and improve the quality of AI-generated responses.

Safety

AI features are designed with appropriate safeguards based on the intended audience of each product.

Products designed for children include additional considerations appropriate to younger users.

User Control

Where practical, users should be able to:

• choose whether to use AI features,

• review AI-generated results,

• provide feedback,

• decide how AI-generated content is used.

Continuous Improvement

Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving field.

FinBillion Ventures continuously evaluates new technologies and updates AI-powered features to improve usefulness, reliability, privacy, and security.

Each FinBillion Ventures application using AI may implement these principles differently depending on its purpose.
