How to Request Account Deletion

Bryttt's consumer experience for children and parents does not require an account or sign-in. Child profiles and learning progress are maintained locally on the device.

Bryttt School Edition (early access) lets teachers keep a profile and class lists on their own device. Cloud synchronisation is not active in this version, so no teacher information is held on a FinBillion server.

Teacher Accounts

Teachers can delete their School Edition profile and classes from the device by clearing the app's storage in Android Settings or by uninstalling the app. To ask us about any information you have sent us, email support@finbillion.com with the subject:

Please include the email address associated with the teacher account and the school name, if applicable. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials.

We may request reasonable information to verify that the request is authorised before processing it.

What Happens After a Request?

We respond to every request within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm who is asking. If a school manages the information, we may need to coordinate with an authorised school representative.

Deleting a local account or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete information previously synchronised to a remote service.

Children and Parent Profiles

The consumer version does not need an account. Child profiles and learning progress are stored only on the device.

Parents can delete a child profile in the app at any time, without sending us an email:

1. Open Bryttt and tap Parent in the bottom bar.

2. Tap the profile card at the top. This opens Switch Profile.

3. Find the child's name and tap Delete Profile.

4. Enter your Parent PIN.

The profile, its progress and its results are removed from the device straight away. Uninstalling the app removes all other data stored by Bryttt on the device.

Android backup holds only the app's activation dates. It never holds a child's profile, progress or results.
