Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Bryttt.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Bryttt, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the application.

Scope

These Terms apply only to the Bryttt application.

Other products developed by FinBillion Ventures, including FinBillion, FinBillion Ai, FrameFlow Ai, and VaquilApp, are governed by their own Terms of Service.

Nature of the Application

Bryttt is an educational news application designed to help children, families, educators, schools, and lifelong learners better understand current events through age-appropriate and engaging content.

Bryttt is intended to support learning, curiosity, discussion, and media literacy.

It is not intended to replace:

• professional journalism,

• formal education,

• parental guidance,

• teacher supervision,

• or professional advice of any kind.

Free Use and One-Year Validity 

Bryttt is free. It has no advertisements, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Each copy of the app works for one year from the day it is first used on a device. After that year, the app stops working on that device. Updating the app, or uninstalling and reinstalling it, does not start a new year. Schools and organisations that need more time can write to support@finbillion.com.

The one year is counted per device from first use. It is not restarted by an update, a reinstall, clearing the app's data or creating a new child profile. Time checks may use the device clock and, when online, the date reported by www.finbillion.com.

Children and Parents

Children use Bryttt with the involvement of a parent, guardian or teacher. A parent or guardian creates and manages child profiles and keeps the Parent PIN private. Parents can delete a profile in the app at any time.

Educational Purpose

The application is designed for educational and informational purposes.

While we strive to present reliable and balanced information, users are encouraged to consult multiple reputable sources and engage in thoughtful discussion when learning about current events.

Independence from NCERT, CBSE and State Boards 

Bryttt is an independent educational platform. Its NCERT-aligned practice activities are based on the published textbooks and are meant to support learning and revision. Bryttt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NCERT, CBSE or any State Education Board.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the application for unlawful purposes;

• attempt to interfere with its operation or security;

• misuse educational content;

• infringe the rights of others;

• attempt to bypass security or the one-year validity limit, for example by changing the device date or clock, or editing or restoring app data to start a new year;

• use the application in violation of applicable laws.

Content Availability

News develops continuously.

Content may be updated, revised, replaced, or removed as circumstances change.

FinBillion Ventures does not guarantee that every article or feature will remain permanently available.

Intellectual Property

The Bryttt application, its design, branding, original content, software, graphics, and documentation are owned by or licensed to FinBillion Ventures and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party news content remains the property of its respective owners where applicable.

Privacy

Your use of Bryttt is also governed by the Bryttt Privacy Policy.

Please review that document to understand how information is handled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinBillion Ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of Bryttt.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where warranties cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thrissur, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights a user has under mandatory law.

Updates

Bryttt may receive updates that improve educational content, accessibility, performance, security, translations, usability, or other features.

Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

The latest version will always be available on the FinBillion Ventures website.
