Data Deletion Policy

FinBillion Ventures respects your privacy and believes you should remain in control of your information.

This Data Deletion Policy explains how information associated with FinBillion Pro can be removed and how users may request assistance regarding data deletion.

Depending on the features you use, FinBillion Pro may process:

• AI conversations and prompts.

• Financial information voluntarily provided by you.

• Locally stored application data.

Deleting Local Data

You may remove locally stored information by:

Method 1 – In-App Data Deletion

If your version of FinBillion Pro provides an in-app deletion feature:

1. Open FinBillion Pro.

2. Navigate to Settings.

3. Select Delete Data or the equivalent option.

4. Confirm your choice.

This removes locally stored application data managed by the app.

Method 2 – Uninstall the Application

You may also uninstall FinBillion Pro from your device.

Before uninstalling, ensure that you have exported or backed up any information you wish to retain, as locally deleted information may not be recoverable.

AI Service Processing

Some AI-powered features may temporarily process information through authorised third-party AI services in order to generate responses.

FinBillion Ventures does not retain user prompts or responses beyond what is necessary to provide the requested functionality, except where explicitly described within the applicable Privacy Policy or required by law.

Data Retention

Locally stored application data remains under your control.

Where third-party AI services are involved, any processing or temporary retention is governed by the applicable service provider and the FinBillion Pro Privacy Policy.
